The Doctor, along her companions (Yaz, Ryan, and Graham), arrive in a dimension where Muppets coexist with superheroes (specifically those that exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe). Other creations of Jim Henson also exist in this universe, aptly known as the "Earth-M" universe, such as the Moya crew from Farscape , who are allies with the Guardians of the Galaxy. But the Thirteenth Doctor isn't the only incarnation of the Doctor visiting Earth-M. Over in Wakanda, the Tenth Doctor arrives with Wanda Maximoff and Vision, having rescued them from members of the Black Order that were on the hunt for the Mind Stone, which is embedded within Vision. Miss Piggy, Pepe, Beauregard, and Animal are also in Wakanda, along with S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Ciciley Livingston and Agent X, a woman who was formerly her son, Sean, before an experiment completely altered his appearance.
